Educational Qualification
Deputy General Manager
- Postgraduate in Commerce / Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / M.Sc. Computer / M.E. Computer with minimum 50% marks.
- MS-CIT or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 7 years relevant banking experience.
Assistant General Manager
- Postgraduate in Commerce / Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / M.Sc. Computer / M.E. Computer with minimum 50% marks.
- MS-CIT or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 5 years banking experience.
Banking Officer No. 1
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification with minimum 50% marks.
- MS-CIT or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years banking experience.
Banking Officer No. 2
- Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 50% marks.
- MS-CIT or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years banking experience (or as specified in the notification).
Clerk
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MS-CIT or equivalent certificate.
- Candidates having banking software/application experience will be given preference.

Probation Period
Selected candidates will be appointed on 3 years probation. During the probation period, monthly honorarium will be paid as per the notification.

- 70% of the vacancies are reserved for candidates having Jalna District domicile.
- Remaining 30% vacancies are open for candidates from outside the district as per the notification.
- Reservation and age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Maharashtra rules.
